Remo's Tongue Brush is a bamboo tongue cleaner with bristles infused with miswak, the plant Remo credits with antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory action — with no chemical coatings on the bristles. The handle is bamboo, biodegradable, and free of petroleum plastics. Since Remo says most bad breath comes from bacteria on the uneven surface of the tongue, this brush is built specifically for that: broad, firm bristles meant for the back third of the tongue, without irritation.

To use: wet the bristles to activate the miswak infusion (toothpaste is optional — pea-sized, or water only), extend your tongue, and brush from back to front with light pressure, starting as far back as comfortable. Rinse, shake off water, and air-dry. Don't scrub aggressively. Remo says to replace the brush every 4 months.
