Nexus is a curated marketplace that partners with leading brands and suppliers to bring unique products together in one shopping experience. Because products may be fulfilled by different brand partners, shipping methods, carriers, processing times, and delivery schedules may vary between products and orders.

By placing an order through Nexus, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received. Certain products, limited releases, custom items, or high-demand products may require additional processing time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays unless otherwise specified by the fulfilling supplier.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Fulfillment by Brand Partners

Products sold through Nexus may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our brand partners and suppliers.

As a result:

  • Orders containing products from multiple brands may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Multiple tracking numbers may be issued for a single order.
  • Packaging, carriers, and shipping methods may vary by supplier.
  • Fulfillment times may differ between products within the same order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products selected, destination, package dimensions, and the shipping methods available from the fulfilling supplier.

Shipping promotions, free shipping offers, and expedited shipping options may apply only to eligible products, suppliers, or destinations.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates displayed during checkout are provided in good faith and should be considered estimates only.

While most domestic orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment, actual delivery times may vary based on:

  • Supplier processing times
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Peak holiday periods
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Nexus does not guarantee delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Order Tracking

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and ensuring that delivery information is accurate.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will coordinate directly with the supplier.

International Shipping

Select products may be available for international delivery.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional government-imposed charges

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing requirements.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, Nexus will work with the supplier and carrier to investigate the issue. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Customers should ensure that shipping addresses are accurate and secure before completing a purchase.

Address Changes and Order Modifications

Requests to modify shipping addresses or order details must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Because orders are often transmitted immediately to our fulfillment partners, Nexus cannot guarantee that address changes, cancellations, or modifications can be accommodated once an order has entered processing.
