- Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.

Orders and Fulfillment
Orders are automatically transmitted to the appropriate supplier after purchase. Nexus coordinates order management and customer support, while fulfillment and shipping are performed by the respective supplier.
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Nexus is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because Nexus partners with multiple brands and suppliers, return eligibility, return shipping requirements, and processing procedures may vary by product or supplier. Customers must contact Nexus before returning any item. Nexus will coordinate the return process with the appropriate supplier on the customer’s behalf.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and approved according to the supplier’s return policy.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice. Nexus reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders resulting from pricing inaccuracies, and limit quantities where necessary.
