How to use

How much: A generous amount for a mask; less for daily conditioning.

1. As a conditioner: apply to damp hair from mid-lengths to ends, wait 2 to 3 minutes, and rinse.
2. As a mask: apply to clean, damp hair, cover with a shower cap, and leave 15 to 30 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly. Use as a mask 1 to 2 times a week.
